The Sea of Swirly Twirly Gumdrops covers multiple hexes. It surrounds The Island of Misfit Toys (0205), contains the Archipelago of Last Years, and connects to the Lincoln Tunnel.

The Sea of Swirly Twirly Gumdrops is found in the following hexes: 0105, 0106, 0205, 0206, 0305, 0306, 0307, 0308, 0406, 0507, 0508, 0605, 0606, and 0607 (according to this map). When all fourteen of these hexes have been visited, the final hex contains the entrance to the Lincoln Tunnel, which leads to New York City at a random time after 1938.

The Sea of Swirly Twirly Gumdrops is ever-shifting. Every time players enter a hex on the Sea, whether visited before or not (unless directed otherwise), roll to determine: Weather, Terrain, Feature, Encounter, and Treasure. Synthesize these details in a way that makes the most sense. Reroll as necessary. Use the provided Reaction table if desired.

• The winds go by many names, if they go by any name at all: Easterly Wind, North Wind, Raging Wind, Whispering Wind, Zephany, Gale, and many more. Some say there’s even a brother.
